Regional HR SSC Specialist 

Your Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for employee HR inquiries through various channels (ticketing system, phone, chat)
• Responding to employee questions, managing requests, and escalating more complex cases when necessary
• Updating and processing HR data, creating tickets for corrections or new requests
• Prioritizing incoming requests and resolving them in line with standard procedures
• Directing employees to internal policies or external service providers where appropriate
• Collaborating with other SSC team members and contributing to process improvement initiatives
• Ensuring a high level of customer service while adhering to global HR procedures and standards

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in or interest in HR processes, preferably within a Shared Services or BPO environment
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Understanding of the HR Shared Services model and employee support processes
• Advantageous: knowledge of HR IT systems (SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, SAP HR) and ticketing systems
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Degree or studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
