Controlling Analyst
Your contribution:
Join our team as a Controlling Analyst and gain hands-on experience in business planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making in a dynamic international environment.
- Supporting the preparation of business reports, performance analyses, and strategic plans that contribute to informed decision-making.
- Assisting in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking, with exposure to real business processes and tools.
- Contributing to the definition and monitoring of key performance indicators and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participating in the analysis of operations across production, logistics, and quality to identify areas for optimization.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and contribute to cross-functional projects.
- Working with tools such as SAP, MARS, and Excel to prepare reports and gain practical experience in controlling systems.
Your experience and qualifications:
- University degree (or final year of studies) in business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
- Up to one year of professional experience, including internships, student jobs, or project work.
- English language proficiency at B1 level or higher, enabling effective communication in an international environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving, with attention to detail.
- Motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic setting, with openness to change and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and interest in developing skills in business tools such as SAP and BI systems.
