Health Safety & Environment Supervisor (MTTH)
Your Contribution
You will support Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities by supervising daily HSE operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, supporting management system implementation, promoting a proactive safety culture, and contributing to a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
- Supervise and support HSE Officers in implementing health, safety, and environmental programs across the facility.
- Conduct workplace inspections, hazard assessments, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and environmental regulations.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
- Lead daily safety walks, toolbox meetings, and incident investigations.
- Monitor, analyze, and report HSE performance data and KPIs.
- Conduct safety induction and refresher training for employees and contractors.
- Support emergency preparedness activities, including fire drills and first-aid readiness.
- Coordinate waste management and environmental compliance programs.
- Promote employee participation in safety initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure proper use of PPE, safety signage, and machine guarding throughout the facility.
- Provide HSE guidance and technical support to supervisors and production teams.
- Support internal audits, external inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Prepare HSE reports and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE supervision or a similar role within manufacturing or industrial operations.
- Safety Officer Professional Level certification as required by law.
- Personal license for hazardous substances (Bor. Chor) is required.
- Good understanding of occupational safety, environmental control, and legal compliance requirements.
- Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 implementation and maintenance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and safety reporting tools.
- Native Thai speaker with strong spoken and written English skills.
- Able to work at MAHLE Thermal and Fluid Systems (Rojana Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya Province).
