Materials Planner

Your Contribution:

Ensure the supply of components in time and quantity according to production requirements to avoid line stoppages and expedited freight.

• Ensure the supply of components in time and quantity according to production requirements to avoid line stoppages and expedited freight.
• Manage inventory levels (DOH).
• Monitor supplier delivery performance.
• Effective management of SAP (purchase requisitions, exception messages, MRP parameters configuration).
• Effective communication of critical components (anticipation and including risk level).
• Coordinate with the Traffic Area for the collection/delivery process of supplier shipments. Follow up on discrepancies of material damage due to transportation.
• Other duties and responsabilities may be required. 

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Bilingual, english/spanish. 
• 3+ years of experience on a similar position within the automotive industry. 
• Hands-on experience with SAP Modules (PP, MM).
• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
