Regional HR SSC Specialist - Learning
Your Contribution
- Serve as the first point of contact for Learning-related inquiries from employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.
- Manage and resolve Learning Administration requests and tickets, escalating complex cases to relevant teams when required.
- Maintain and update learning data and training records within SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- Support the administration and deployment of learning content, with a particular focus on mandatory training programs and compliance requirements.
- Generate and analyze learning reports, provide audit-related training data, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the Learning function.
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in Shared Services, Learning Administration, or a similar HR support environment would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) and HR ticketing systems would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with reports, data validation, and Excel.
- Fluent English (additional language would be an advantage) and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders in an international environment.
