Your Contribution

 

You will play a key role in delivering efficient HR operations and a positive employee experience through payroll administration, employee relations support, recruitment coordination, and HR services management.

 

  • Manage payroll processing, time attendance, and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain employee records, HR data, and personnel documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR reports and support audits, statutory requirements, and compliance activities.
  • Support employee relations matters, provide guidance on company policies, and ensure compliance with Thai labor law.
  • Coordinate disciplinary actions, investigations, grievance handling, and related employee documentation.
  • Partner with managers to ensure consistent application of HR policies and employment practices.
  • Lead recruitment activities for blue-collar positions, including sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and employee resources to ensure a smooth new hire experience.
  • Drive HR process improvements and support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.

 

Your Experience & Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, or a related HR function.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll administration, time attendance, employee relations, Thai labor law, and HR compliance.
  • Experience handling employee relations cases, disciplinary processes, investigations, or grievance management is an advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Thai.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Engine Components (Thailand) Ltd., Bangchan Industrial Estate, Bangkok.
