Your Contribution
As Manager HSE (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the comprehensive management and continuous development of occupational health, safety and environmental activities as well as the associated management systems at the site.
- Responsibility for advising and supporting employees, managers and plant management on all HSE-related matters
- Further development and maintenance of the integrated management systems in accordance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and EMAS
- Evaluation, implementation and monitoring of compliance with internal and external occupational health, safety and environmental requirements
- Responsibility for communication and coordination with authorities, professional associations, insurance providers and internal corporate functions
- Conducting risk assessments, inspections, meetings, accident analyses, machine acceptances, substance evaluations and other activities within the scope of the Health and Safety Specialist function
- Analysis and visualization of occupational accidents and HSE key performance indicators, preparation of reports and initiation of improvement measures
- Coordination and supervision of internal and external HSE representatives as well as constructive collaboration with all stakeholders involved in occupational health, safety and environmental protection
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Completed degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences or a comparable technical or scientific field
- Qualification as a Health and Safety Specialist in accordance with § 7 ASiG
- Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 management systems and/or knowledge of additional environmental and occupational health and safety management systems
- Experience in the field of machine safety
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, standards and requirements related to environmental protection and occupational health and safety
- Structured, analytical and results-oriented working style
- High level of personal responsibility, assertiveness and strong communication and facilitation skills across all organizational levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of English language skills
