Quality Engineer

Responsibilities：

1. Formulate each documents customer required and hand over to customer during process develop process
2. Quality information confirm/contact/trial follow up during new product develop process 
3.Confirm with customer product quality requirements, formulate inspection item/standard, and ensure the standard be  
  realized; 
4.Production process quality control, ensure each quality target realized;
5.To assist  production department  to do quality defect analysis and solvement, and determine preventive actions
6.Follow up and monitor product quality status, take preventive actions in time, continuously improvement;
7.customer complaint treatment, confirm information/contact reference person/report/analysis and treatment/follow up/reply to customer, and also take transversal actions, analyze similar parts and take preventive actions;
 

Requirements:

1、Proficient in the heat exchange production process.

2、Proficient in the produce of IATF 16949 and 5 quality tools, such as , APQP,FMEA, MSA,SPC.PPAP.

3、3-5 years Quality related working experience

4、Bachelor degree or above

5、Good English communication skill
