Oil cooler process engineer

Responsibilities：

1.Responsilble for assisting Group Manager of Heat Exchange and PT Manager about group management and evaluation.
2.Responsible for establishment of assembly process during the development of new project. Work out the production engineering design, flow chart,PFMEA,WI,etc.
3.Responsible the induction of welding jigs, special machine, relevant jigs. Establish the standard assembly cycle time. 
4.Responsible the capacity of assembly machine and welding machine, calculate the capacity and find out correspond solutions.
5.Responsible the training and coaching sub-engineers, enhancing working capability. 
6.Analyze and solve the defects of product in domain of manufacturing and customer. Carry out the improvement and optimization on assembly process to enhance productivity, train the production department.
 

Requirements:

1、Familiar with oil cooler related products

2、Proficient in the produce of IATF 16949 and 5 quality tools, such as , APQP,FMEA, MSA,SPC.PPAP.

3、3-5 years process related experience in automotive industry

4、Bachelor degree or above

5、Good English communication skill
