HSE Specialist

Responsibilities：

1、HSE risk identification and controlling

2、HSE checking: daily rountine、cooperating with oterh departments to complete monthly audit、checking before long holidy，annual internal&external audit,etc.
3、HSE training for all plant team，including new operator intergration HSE training, annual HSE training, regularly HSE sharing, etc.

4、HSE accident investigation and analysis and improvement
5、HSE KPI following up and continuous improvement
6、Responsible for plant HSE auditor and other duties, regularly report to HSE instructor and GM

Requirements:

1、Proficient in the heat exchange production process.

2、Proficient in the produce of IATF 16949 and 5 quality tools, such as , APQP,FMEA, MSA,SPC.PPAP.

3、Familiar with mechanical or electric design

4、3-5 years HSE related working experience

5、Bachelor degree or above
