Business Analyst (Inhouse Consulting Europe )

Your role & responsibilities:

Be part of operational and strategic consulting projects within the MAHLE group with changing context, high complexity

• Coordinate and implement sub-projects and work packages in collaboration with the global organization
• Evaluate processes and organizations, derivate the fields of action and implement improvements
• Organize and plan meetings, workshops, and events (internal / external), as well as prepare and follow-up meetings of the resulting work packages
• Support team with project-related analyzes and research
• Maintain and monitor action plans and results and prepare professional presentations and documentation for high level management audience 
• Ensure compliance with project goals, budget control and project status reports

Your skills & strengths:

• Successfully completed studies in economics, engineering or others,
• Very good analytical way of thinking
• Structured and targeted working method
• Very good knowledge of English
• Professional appearance as well as presentation and moderation skills
• High willingness to travel within the project activity
• Experience in project management (e.g. PMI) and/or agile working methods (e.g. Scrum)
