Controlling Specialist (Real Estate Management)

Your role & responsibilities:

  • Prepare and collect relevant reporting data from internal sources
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses of data, report findings, implement actions and monitor progress
  • Support HQ controlling processes
  • Identify potentials for improvements, submit a proposal to senior team members
  • Prepare and review reports, provide analysis and perform controlling activities in the area of real estate processes
  • Review and evaluate performance agreements and monitor key performance indicators in connection with projects throughout the CREM area
  • Participation in special projects in the subject area of maintenance and facility management
  • Support process optimization and standardization
  • Prepare reports, conduct checks and initial analysis for correctness
  • Create and update process manuals documentation
  • Prepare process documentation


Your skills & strengths:

  • Min. 2 years of professional experience in Controlling
  • University degree in Economy/Finance or related studies
  • Solid experience in data analysis and visualization
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP is an advantage
  • Experience in a production company (nice to have) 
  • Very good English, German is an advantage
  • High service orientation and ability to work in a team
  • Strong solution-based attitude as well as a quality awareness
  • Very good social skills and communication skills
  • High enthusiasm, pro-active approach and self-motivation
