Endpoint Security Specialist
Your role & responsibilities:
- Ensure, mitigate and continuously improve the operation of the global endpoint security landscape
- Responsible for the planning, installation, administration, monitoring and maintenance of systems within the Endpoint security landscape
- Assume responsibility for the Endpoint security operations in line with the strategic requirements
- Perform customizations within the stated environment and its continuous improvement
- Fix and resolve complex technical issues related to the stated environment
- Research, evaluate, and recommend current and emerging tools, techniques, and technologies related to Endpoint Security technology
- Create changes including requirements, analyses and specifications and take over their implementation and monitoring
- Create and maintain technical documentation of the Endpoint Security landscape and the end user documentation
- Participation or option to lead projects to adapt the systems to the strategic development of the company
- Security Hygiene (e.g., prevent outdated OS or Software versions and programs)
- Monitor and analyze SIEM and derive mitigating actions
Your skills & strengths:
- Around 2 years of experience in the Endpoint Security area
- Knowledge in at least some of the current Endpoint Security solutions: Antivirus (Cylance, Carbon Black, Defender, etc), Device Encryption (Bitlocker, Bitlocker ToGo), Privileged Rights Management (CyberArc EPM), Windows Patch Management (VMWare WUFB), Application Control (AppLocker/CyberArk), Device Firewall (Windows Firewall)
- Knowledge in scripting languages (Powershell, VBS, cmd or similar)
- Very good English skills
- Desired experience in leading projects in a global scope and global team members
- Team player (especially working with global / intercultural teams)
- Good communication skills (in writing and verbally)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (target oriented)
