Your Contribution

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, forecasting and procurement activities.

  • Responsible for stock and availability of a fixed part number range (roughly 1000 part numbers)
  • Supplier management and operative procurement (daily alert processing, create PO´s, backlog tracking, monthly supplier evaluation etc.)
  • Monthly demand planning in GIB  planning module
  • Maintenance of material master data
  • Declare goods at forwarders
  • Provide delivery dates to customer service

Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in production & purchasing planning process
  • Very good English language knowledge- written and spoken (at least B2 level)
  • University degree;
  • Knowledge of SAP system will be an asset
  • Knowledge of planning/ forecasting modules
  • Very good Knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to identify and resolve potential problems;
  • Very good communication skills;
  • Ability to work with the multinational team.
  • Readiness to work in Psary (near Wrocław)
