Project Manager (technical iPCO)

Your role & responsibilities:

• Planning and managing of Task Forces
• Overall responsibility for the successful execution of Task Forces in order to achieve aligned objectives
• Coordination of Task Force team members, customers, internal and external development partners, suppliers and production facilities
• Planning and assigning work packages to the team while monitoring and controlling the progress
• Successful management of all project stakeholders’ interests
• Task Force reporting and presentation to management committees
• Create and maintain transparency within the Task Force
• Coordination and management of changes considering the effects on the Task Forces objectives

Your skills & strengths:

• Fluency in English
• Higher education
• Leadership and facilitation experience in driving initiatives to successful outcomes
• Strong initiative, conflict management and the ability to work well in a global team environment
• Entrepreneurial skills and process orientation
• Team player with high social competence
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
• Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to all levels in the organization
• High problem solving skills
• Ability to write executive level reports & correspondence
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
