Operative Procurement Specialist

Your contribution:

• Place of work: Psary (nearby Wrocław)
• Execute daily operational procurement activities, including purchase order creation, confirmations, ERP alerts, and delivery follow‑up
• Ensure timely material replenishment by managing demand, forecasts, safety stocks, and inventory parameters
• Monitor and secure supplier performance related to lead times, quantities, and delivery reliability
• Act as the main operational contact for suppliers, managing follow‑ups, backlog reviews, escalations, and recovery actions
• Maintain accurate procurement master data and analyze inventory coverage, reorder points, and slow‑moving materials
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Customer Service, Sales, Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse) to ensure high product availability while avoiding excess stock

Your Experience and Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in operative procurement or material planning.
• Strong experience in SAP procurement transactions
• Analytical skills and process-oriented thinking.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level
• Experience with global suppliers and international logistics.
• Ability to interpret demand forecasts and planning parameters.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Structured and detail-oriented working style
• High sense of ownership and hands-on mentality
• Resilience in time-critical situations
• Teamwork and cross-functional mindset
