Project Management Officer

Your role & responsibilities:

• Support successful project delivery

• Support management of project member portfolio (capacity, skillset and allocation)

• Support coordination, planning, on-/offboarding of project resources

• Support change management

• Administrative / operative support of project management and project teams

• Maintain documentation for projects and support the decision process

• Provide quality assurance of training materials and support training team

• Select, implement and standardize tools, methods and processes for project management

• Control project progress and prepare corresponding information for the project / program management and project teams

• Help with facility issues

• Training and coaching of project members

• Provide ad-hoc support

Your skills & strengths:

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, business informatics, computer science etc.
• About 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Comprehensive knowledge of project controlling
• Experience in Jira as a user
• Knowledge of project methodology (Waterfall & Agile)
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Symbio, Dimensions)
• Profound Know How of common project management techniques
• Excellent English skills, further languages are beneficial
• Strong communication skills and proactive action
• Independent and result-oriented working methods
