International Tax Expert (Corporate Taxes)

Your role & responsibilities:

• Be a member of the MAHLE Corporate Tax Team and help drive the MAHLE Group Tax Strategy, Corporate Tax checks & controls and Reporting, Corporate Tax Optimization, and global projects
• Support/coordinate the implementation of Pillar 2 at MAHLE with all related processes and systems (e.g. fit-gap analysis, determination of process changes required, preparation of process guidelines, etc.)
• Administer and supervise the collection of Pillar 2 data and assist in the analysis, preparation, and documentation of MAHLE GloBE information return/s and accounting
• Assist in the annual preparation and analysis of the MAHLE Group tax reconciliation
• Perform and analyze Corporate Tax checks & controls under the MAHLE Group Tax Guideline
• Assist in projects/initiatives of the Corporate Tax team to identify major tax inefficiencies and measures to improve MAHLEs tax position and tax processes
• Assist in the establishment of Corporate Tax training platforms & material as well as support (and hold) trainings within MAHLE (e.g. in relation to Pillar 2)
• Assist in international M&A projects

Your skills & strengths:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in international tax, ideally in a similar role in a multinational company
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Excellent skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English
• Cooperative attitude, passion for working in an international environment, and an ability to work independently and structured
