Your role & responsibilities:

  • Collaborates and supports the Global Process Owner for HR Document Digitization Management to govern and steer all related Digital Document Management activities, including projects and day to day operations. 
  • Assure a globally aligned implementation and run of eFile, eVault and document generation tool, incl. electronic signature  for different HR systems and functions
  • Provides expert support and consultation on eFile, eVault and document generation tool, incl. electronic signature in order to run harmonized processes
  • Collaborates in implementation projects and further deployment, assures accordance with required guidelines on global and regional HR processes
  • Controls data structure quality within the system and addresses data corrections
  • Supports global change requests and aligns with local and/ or regional roles incl. prioritization and business justification
  • Supports up-to-date global process documentation, training materials, guidelines, and process design (supported within respective SSC)
  • Locates faults, solves them or forwards to responsible department 
  • Prepares Q&A for SSC HR and SSC IT and regular updates in close alignment with GPO and SSC 
  • Supports related testing, test coordination & documentation
  • Supports digital document management system releases: reviews updates, provides feedback, tests, change management

Your skills & strengths:

  • Educational background in HR and/or IT is advantageous
  • Experience in international  HR IT projects
  • Experience in HR document and process digitization, as well as eSignature tools and setting up HR processing procedures
  • Good understanding of HR Cloud solutions and HR IT related process design
  • Experience with Test- and change management processes 
  • Experience with SAP HCM, UKG/PeopleDoc and DocuSign is an advantage  
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and planning abilities combined with client orientation 
  • Ability to prioritize workload, set and achieve goals
  • Analytical mindset and able to explain to non experts
  • Ability to act as liaison with various internal and external contacts
  • Teamplayer who enjoys working in an international environment
  • Strong initiative and enthusiasm
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
