E-Commerce Online Marketing Specialist

Your contribution

  • Design and implement comprehensive online marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth across various e-commerce platforms
  • Creation, execution, and monitoring of online marketing campaigns across all e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
  • Align online marketing campaigns with business objectives and seasonal trends. Oversee paid search (Google Ads), display ads, and other Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with E-Commerce Content Management Specialist to product engaging, high-quality content, A+ pages, product descriptions, and landing pages.
  • Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Allocate, monitor, and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective spending
  • Responsible for driving KPIs such as advertising sales revenue, ROAS, number of clicks and conversions, planning and monitoring of the marketing budget, and number of impressions

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Very good English skills, written and spoken
  • Experience in online marketing
  • Prior knowledge of Amazon advertising, eBay advertising, Google Shopping campaigns
  • Experience in working within a global organization with cross regional project work
  • Good communication skills and ability to build strong business relationships within the company
  • Good organizational skills, budget management skills
  • Ability to work independently, to work within deadlines with a high attention to detail
  • Good MS Office skills (MS Excel and especially MS PowerPoint)
  • Readiness to work in Psary (near Wrocław)
