CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST FOR INTERCOMPANY
Your Contribution:
- Place of work: Psary (nearby Wrocław)

Handling customers from multiple countries (via defined channels)
- Providing information on prices, availability and replacements
-
Processing, tracking and confirming customer orders
-
Monitoring and updating delivery dates
-
Creating customer accounts and monitoring incoming orders
-
Updating price and material data in the system
-
Managing express deliveries from warehouses
-
Monitoring open orders and backorders, informing customers about delays
-
Creating and handling tickets in MCCP (claims support)
-
Monitoring customer receivables
Your Experience and Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in the international customer service environment;
- Very good command of English
- Working knowledge of SAP system (P50) and MS Office- Excel;
- Ability to identify and resolve potential problems;
- Very good communication skills;
- Ability to work with the multinational team.
