IT Customer Service Specialist
Your role & responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring that the Customer Owned Services adheres to the global standards, when applicable, and guidelines defined by EAM
- Responsible for the Customer Service Owners contract definition between IT and Business
- Accountable for all customer owned services activities within the IT Service Management
- Responsible for support Customer Service Owners in the cost calculation of Customer Owned Services as well the invoicing process
- Responsible for support Customer Service Owners in service definition in Valuemation
- Responsible for maintaining Customer Owned Service data updated in Valuemation, according to Customer Service Owners information
- Responsible for the coordination between Service Units, Service Towers and Customers for the related topics to the Customer Owned Services
Your skills & strengths:
- ITIL knowledge
- Project management skills (basic level)
- Risk management skills
- Cost planning/calculation skills
- General understanding of IT architecture and process
- Ability to work with a high degree of independence
- Good communication skills (English is mandatory)
