Accounting Specialist (Purchasing)
Your role & responsibilities:
- Processing of supplier (and internal) invoices, review, obtain information
- Updating payment information, account assignment, purchase orders
- Inducing quantity and price corrections
- Monitoring payments and clearing open items
- Close communication with accounting and order management
- Reporting of accruals for Year-end closing
- Updating of accruals
- Providing information on demand of auditors
- Management of IT contracts
- Monitoring of IT contracts in terms of expiration, duration, validity
Your skills & strengths:
- Bachelor in Economics, Accounting or Commercial job training
- Understanding of business-relevant processes in purchasing and accounting
- Knowledge of (IT) accounting
- Very good knowledge of SAP - especially MM, FI, FI-AA
- Good knowledge of Office365 - especially Excel
- Precise and analytical approach
- Written and spoken German or English skills
- Independent working style, strong communication skills
