HR Processes Digitalization Expert.

Your role & responsibilities:

• Owns and steers globally HR Service Provisioning & Automation related topics
•  Leads implementation/ migration projects and further deployment for specific topics
• Defines, establishes, and streamlines operational HR services, process, and information provisioning on a global scale
•  Sets up, implements, and assures adherence to global guidelines and definitions on HR and IT side, balancing global and regional/ local requirements
• Fosters employee and manager self-service to drive enablement and automatization
•  Consults business and other HR functions on HR digitization, enables automized workflows and approval processes based on HR data
• Identifies continuous process optimization potential throughout digitization/automation of global HR administrational processes, generating global synergies
• Responsible for up-to-date global process documentation, training materials and checklists

Your skills & strengths:

• Broad background in HRIS or HR for 3-4 years
• Business fluent in English (written/spoken) is mandatory, German language is an advantage
• Good understanding of HR IT and HR Cloud solutions
• Knowledge of integrated HR processes and data flows
•  Experience in HR IT related process design, HR process digitization and HR Project Management in a global environment
•  Knowledge of HR IT systems will be an advantage (e.g., Success Factors, UKG/PeopleDoc, SAP HCM)
• Excellent communication skills and Team Player attitude
• Self-driven, service- and result oriented personality, good analytical skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (esp. Excel & PowerPoint)
•  Knowledge of Process Design Systems is beneficial (e.g., Symbio, Signavio)
