SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Your role & responsibilities:

• Implementation of Cloud Solutions for SuccessFactors 

• HR Cloud wide Monitoring / Reporting 

• Analysis of business processes to optimize the existing environment 

• Rollout and support SuccessFactors Cloud application modules (Performance & Goals, Succession & Development and Compensation) 

• Solution design, customization, implementation and roll-out to various global plants and locations based on global processes 

• Strategic development of the cloud landscape and the interface/integration with corresponding systems 

• Project Management within the IT HCM area that includes Time, Budget & Integration to other IT project

Your skills & strengths:

• At least 3 years of experience in advising SAP SuccesFactors (min. 1 finished implementation)  

• HR Cloud Project Management experience 

• University degree in computer science or similar 

• Good functional knowledge of the SuccesFactors system 

• Very good English language skills (min. B2) 

• Close collaboration with HR System Integration Architect would be a plus 

• Experience in contact with Business Client 

• Experience in Subject Matter Expert 

• Readiness to business travel (max. 15%) 

• Bachelor’s degree in economic computer science or similar
