Team Lead IT Innovation and AI

Your role & responsibilities:

• Lead a team of experts and enthusiasts in driving innovation in IT and AI.
• Identify and evaluate cutting-edge technologies and their potential for adding business value.
• Identify potential business value behind technology innovation, prioritize and roadmap initiatives, and deliver tangible recommendations based on experiments and proof-of-concepts.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of IT innovation strategy and roadmaps.
• Pitch latest trends to senior executives at any time as well as giving deep-dives to experts.
• Build and maintain a network of relationships with stakeholders in IT, e.g., Service Units and Enterprise Architect Management, as well as with similarly-minded people on the business side.

Your skills & strengths:

• 5+ years of experience in IT innovation, technology consulting, or related field.               
• Experience managing a team of technical experts.                                            
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
• Very good written and spoken business English.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on businesses.
• Strong business acumen and ability to apply current development in technology to business problems in order to deliver sustainable value.
