Specialist (m/f/d) HR IT System Operations & HR IT Compliance Europe - Regional CoE
Your Contribution
- Central Point of Contact for regional and country specific functional HR IT topics with focus on HR systems
- Support from HR side implementation and run of a global HR IT landscape in the region
- Assure that global definitions, guidelines and standards are followed
- Support the training and enablement efforts for new systems and functionalities
- Coordinate and support global, region related testing & documentation as well as releases and change requests
- Facilitate the integration of regional perspectives and resources into global projects
- Central Point of Contact for regional HR IT compliance and audit topics, follow up on findings coordination on remedial action plans implementation and execution
- Analyze, report and track regional and local KPIs
- Ensure up-to-date process documentation, training materials, guidelines and process design for regional processes (supported within respective SSC) as well as related Q&As
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Educational background in HR and / or IT is an advantage
- Significant experience within HR system related projects in an international environment
- Deep understanding of integrated HR IT systems and processes (on premise and cloud solutions) and their interdependencies
- Knowledge about data privacy and compliance related requirements could be an advantage
- Knowledge of time management and payroll processing rules ideally within SAP HCM
- Solid organization, planning, and communication skills
- Good team player who is self-driven, service- and result oriented personality
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Eager to improve and innovate processes
- Very good Microsoft 365 skills, especially within Teams, PowerPoint and Excel
- Business fluent in English, secondary language is a plus
