Service Delivery Team Lead Workforce (HCM)
Your Contribution:
- Responsible for all aspects of IT Service delivery following global standards and guideline
- Ensuring that the expected outcome is delivered with agreed quality and maintained
- Responsible for a regular KPI reporting about the services and their performance
- Providing internal service production costs for Service price calculation
- Demand, control and support of the continuous service improvement
- Responsible for complete and up to date service documentation (including technical, operational, compliance aspects)
- Leading a team of experts that is responsible to run projects such as deployments, localization, change requests, carve-in/out, upgrades etc. and solving incidents in the area of SAP HCM on-prem and HCM related cloud solutions to all MAHLE sites globally.
- These experts are also responsible to support the HCM Transition & Transformation team defining/ adjusting IT services based on internal/external requirements
Your Experience & Qualifications:
- Min. 3 years of experience in leading an international team
- Deep knowledge and excellent understanding of business processes in HCM
- Several years of relevant professional experience in managing comprehensive (IT) projects, project management and international IT project experience
- Good understanding of cross-functional aspects of customizing / developments and Business processes
- Leadership experiences (especially leading global teams), leading by example, staff motivation
- Ability to listen to his team members and communicate effectively across large scale, complex and global organizations in multi-cultural environments
- Intercultural expert / experiences
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure: hardware, databases, networks and clients
- Very good organizational skills including the capability of setting priorities; accurate and detail-focused without being a perfectionist
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

English language skills on min. B2 level – both, written and spoken
