Senior Specialist Employee Engagement Surveys

Understand and translate business targets into a holistic global Employee Listening Strategy including concepts, guidelines, methods and processes

Steer and promote the global implementation of standardized survey concepts, reporting frameworks and follow-up measures

Define and track Employee Engagement related KPIs and establish links to operational as well as talent related KPIs

Analyze survey data to derive targeted measures on a strategic level and advice relevant stakeholders on the results

Establish and strengthen communication and knowledge sharing with regional survey champions, global and regional business partners

Consult and enable different stakeholders with regard to survey processes, tools, result interpretation and deriving of suitable measures

Review and continuously improve the Employee Listening Strategy in line with market trends, internal developments and requirements
Your Experience and Qualifications
-
Minimum 3 years of professional experience with employee surveys and employee data management
-
Solid experience in designing, conducting and analyzing employee surveys as well as enablement concept
-
Experience in steering global projects
-
Strategic mindset combined with strong analytical, methodological and conceptual skills
-
Strong business acumen and experience with stakeholders at different levels
-
Very good Microsoft 365 skills, especially within PowerPoint and Excel
-
Advanced knowledge of Communication and Employee Engagement Management

Business fluent in English

University degree
