Senior Specialist Corporate CoE Total Rewards - SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay

Your Contribution

• Support the design, implementation and continuous optimization of global compensation and variable pay processes in SuccessFactors
• Support the annual global compensation cycles in SuccessFactors (e.g. annual salary review, bonus processes) in close collaboration with HR, IT and external partners
• Assist with  managing system releases, enhancements, integrations and change initiatives.
• Ensure high data quality, system integrity and an excellent user experience across global stakeholders
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to HR leadership
• Contribute to the harmonization and digitalization of global Total Rewards processes

Your Experience & Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in end‑to‑end compensation and variable pay processes, preferably in a global environment
• Hands‑on expertise with SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay modules  
• Strong background in Total Rewards, including merit processes and short‑term incentive schemes
• Experience working in complex, cross‑functional and cross‑regional project settings
• Solid analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions
• Very good knowledge of HR IT ecosystems and digital HR processes
• Proficient English skills, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR, Psychology or a related field
