Senior Specialist Corporate CoE Total Rewards - SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay
Your Contribution
- Support the design, implementation and continuous optimization of global compensation and variable pay processes in SuccessFactors
- Support the annual global compensation cycles in SuccessFactors (e.g. annual salary review, bonus processes) in close collaboration with HR, IT and external partners
- Assist with managing system releases, enhancements, integrations and change initiatives.
- Ensure high data quality, system integrity and an excellent user experience across global stakeholders
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to HR leadership
- Contribute to the harmonization and digitalization of global Total Rewards processes
Your Experience & Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in end‑to‑end compensation and variable pay processes, preferably in a global environment
- Hands‑on expertise with SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay modules
- Strong background in Total Rewards, including merit processes and short‑term incentive schemes
- Experience working in complex, cross‑functional and cross‑regional project settings
- Solid analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions
- Very good knowledge of HR IT ecosystems and digital HR processes
- Proficient English skills, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR, Psychology or a related field
