Senior Specialist Corporate CoE Total Rewards (m/f/d) - Systems & Long-Term Incentive
Your Contribution
· Implement and manage annual Total Rewards processes within the SuccessFactors tool in alignment with the global strategy
· Work with consultant to configure system appropriately. Test and confirm new and changed system configurations
· Assist with implementation of new countries to globally aligned annual compensation processes administered in the SuccessFactors system
· Prepare communications, presentations and other documentation related to annual compensation processes
· Collaborate with stakeholders to share knowledge and provide consultation on Total Rewards system topics
Your Experience & Qualifications
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in total rewards/monetary & non-monetary rewards preferably in an international environment
· Experience with HRIT systems, SuccessFactors Compensation and Total Rewards IT tools
· Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Psychology with a major in Human Resources or Organizational Development or comparable education Experience
· Understanding of different cultures and working across organizational, functional, and geographic boundaries Language Skills
· Proficient English skills both spoken and written, German or other secondary language skills are a plus
