Senior Specialist (m/f/d) Corporate CoE Performance Management

Your Contribution

• Take over global responsibility for designing, implementing and managing our holistic Performance Management approach including concepts, methods and processes 
• Be the subject matter expert in performance management related questions 
• Provide global guidance for yearly Performance Management cycle incl. Performance & Development Dialogues, Calibration Conferences 
• Facilitate Performance Management process for different employee groups including Executives 
• Enable & consult different international stakeholders, e.g. Executives, HR Business partners, in process and system-related questions 
• Steer training sessions and moderate workshops for global target groups 
• Create presentation templates, reports and communication & enablement material 
• Enhance Performance KPI Dashboards and analyze data for process steering and success tracking 

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Successful completion of advanced studies in Economics, Business Administration or Psychology with focus on Human Resources Management 
• Multiple years (5+) of professional experience in Talent Management within global large-scale organizations 
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in designing, implementing and managing Performance Management processes and tools 
• Proven track record in steering global HR projects 
• Strategic mindset combined with strong analytical, methodological and conceptual skills 
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written) and high sensitivity in dealing with various stakeholders 
• Quick comprehension combined with an independent, precise, and very structured way of working 
• Excellent Microsoft 365 skills, especially within PowerPoint and Excel 
• Expercience in SAP SuccessFactors (especially the module Performance & Goals) or in a similar system
• Proficient in Business English
