Sales Support Specialist

Your Contribution:

• Accessing information and processing activities in Customer Portal
• Support the MAHLE Sales Person in managing the OE/ OES Service activities (prices, BOM, …)
• Tracking of tooling inventory list at MAHLE and updating data in Customer Portal
• Checking and tracking of customer volumes
• Checking customer account balance and tracking of overdues
• Checking and processing customer price list and report price difference
• Administrative management of customer orders for the Prototypes, Development and Tooling
• Internal and external communication 

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Successfully completed economic education or similar
• Knowledge of the commercial fundamentals
• Very good English language skills
• Very good knowledge on MS Office and fundamental knowledge on SAP systems
• High level of assertiveness paired with customer focus
• Strong communication, team player, organizational  and superb multitasking skills in a dynamic environment 
• Previous experience in the automotive sector is a plus
