Sales Support Specialist

Your role & responsibilities:

• Accessing information and processing activities in Customer Portal

• Support several MAHLE Sales Person in managing the activities with the specific customer

• Processing of customer samples purchasing orders and monitoring the production and delivery of the samples

• Checking and processing customer price list, including material price adjustment or other inflationary cost effects and report price difference in MAHLE system

• Processing invoices deviations within the MAHLE and customer organization and track of overdues, initiate credit and debit notes

• Support the preparation of turnover business plan for specific customer and product groups

• Managing business travel arrangements

Your skills & strengths:

• Successfully completed economic education or similar
• Knowledge of the commercial fundamentals
• Very good English language skills
• Very good knowledge on MS Office and fundamental knowledge on SAP systems
• High level of assertiveness paired with customer focus
• Strong communication, team player, organizational  and superb multitasking skills in a dynamic environment 
• Previous experience in the automotive sector is a plus
