Sales Support Specialist - Price Management

Your role & responsibilities:

• Tracking of incoming customer orders, entering and processing order data with verifying its accuracy
• Sending out order confirmations to customers
• Maintaining and updating price details information in SAP
• Daily communication and coordination with sales team in headquarter
• Handling and resolving customer disputes efficiently in SAP
• Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution
• Maintaining accurate records of dispute cases and outcomes

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Professional experience in similar position
• Good English skills; German will be an asset
• Good knowledge on Excel; SAP will be an asset
• Successfully completed economic education or similar
• Strong communication skills with team player skills
• Good organizational skills
• Willingness to work in an international environment
