SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for Talent and Compensation
Your Contribution:
- Analysis of business processes to optimize the existing environment
- Rollout and support SuccessFactors Cloud application modules at MAHLE focusing Performance & Goals, Succession & Development and Compensation
- Solution design, customization, Implementation and roll-out to various global plants and locations based on global processes
- Strategic development of the cloud landscape and the interface /integration with corresponding systems or add On - for example other cloud or on-premise applications
- Project Management within the IT HCM area that includes Time, Budget & Integration to other IT projects
Your Experience and Qualifications:
- Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics or comparable education
- At least 3 years of experience in advising SAP SuccessFactors
- Previous experience in IT project management (planning and implementation)
- Very good knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors
- SAP Certified Application Associate within the relevant areas beneficial
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize and understand business impact of IT system
