SAP SD&MM Support Analyst
Your Contribution:
- 2nd line support in SAP SD and MM module
- Provide functional support for SAP SD,MM and EDI for end-users, addressing issues and ensuring smooth system operation
- Preparing technical documentation and reports related to the issues fixing process
- Close collaboration inside the global team as well as team overlapping (other SAP modules and the Operations Support Team) and to our internal Customers in an international environment
- Participating in system upgrades and functional enhancements
Your Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional knowledge in SAP SD or MM technical support
- Very good in English (min. B2 level)
- Background in SAP SD or MM and expertise in EDI integration
- Experience in work based on ticket system
- Understanding of outbound and inbound logistics processes in ERP
- Experience with IDOCS and common SAP interface technology is preferred
- Experience in BATCH Jobs monitoring and analysis
- Hands-on experience with EDI, Incident tools/procedures and processes (e.g. Intercompany) in the Automotive Supply Chain
- Willingness to travel (around 15%)
