SAP SD&MM Support Analyst

Your Contribution:

• 2nd line support in SAP SD and MM module
• Provide functional support for SAP SD,MM and EDI for end-users, addressing issues and ensuring smooth system operation
• Preparing technical documentation and reports related to the issues fixing process
• Close collaboration inside the global team as well as team overlapping (other SAP modules and the Operations Support Team) and to our internal Customers in an international environment
• Participating in system upgrades and functional enhancements

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional knowledge in SAP SD or MM technical support
• Very good in English (min. B2 level)
• Background in SAP SD or MM and expertise in EDI integration
• Experience in work based on ticket system
• Understanding of outbound and inbound logistics processes in ERP
• Experience with IDOCS and common SAP interface technology is preferred
• Experience in BATCH Jobs monitoring and analysis
• Hands-on experience with EDI, Incident tools/procedures and processes (e.g. Intercompany) in the Automotive Supply Chain
• Willingness to travel (around 15%)
