SAP QM Support Analyst (AMS)
Your role & responsibilities:
- Responsibility for Quality Management especially quality management processes problem resolution and communication
- Taking initiative particularly in non-conformance of Quality Management processing and system errors
- Documenting the reporting, investigation and outcome of all problems reported for agreed partners
- Ensuring that required data is available for use by those carrying out investigations and ensuring that actions are correct
- Evaluating the impact of defects and problems
- Keeping relevant stakeholders (internal and external) informed of status of SAP QM initiatives, by direct or delegated production of reports
- Ensuring departmental processes are followed and adhered to
- Verifying that agreed actions relating to problem investigation and clearance, are taken within the agreed timescales.
Your skills & strengths:
- Minimum of three years SAP QM project and system experience
- SAP knowledge in the modules QM is a must
- Higher education
- Very good command of English
- Automotive experience is very beneficial
- Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, high self-motivation. Although working independently as a part of a dedicated Global QM support team.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability and willingness to provide knowledge transfer to others
- Ability to priorities and understand business impact of IT system.
