SAP FI Support Analyst

Your role & responsibilities: 

• Your role will be to deliver 1st and 2nd level IT support for various SAP Financial Accounting (FI) requests and incidents. 

• Strong collaboration with Process Architects who provide 1st level key-user support to SAP (FI) users.

• Application support/consulting in SAP (FI): analyze and solve problems, document solutions, undertake quality management of the implemented business process and monitoring within the module.

• Basic understanding of software development; customizing and transport concept, enhancements, SAP note correction, program user exits, function modules and database table concept

   

Your skills & strengths: 

• At least 3 years of experience in SAP technology and SAP FI/CO module area or previous experience in a similar position.

• Knowledge of the following SAP FI sub-modules:  FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, integration points with modules MM-PUR, SD and CO/PS.

• Basic knowledge in software development, including print documents and technologies (SAP Script, SmartForms and Adobe Forms)

• Good knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Very good command of English.
