SAP FI Support Analyst
Your Contribution:
-
Support SAP FI users for Cash Management processes including automatic payment processing, payment file maintenance, SAP Bank Communication Management, banking file delivery systems (SAP MBC / H2H / SFTP), electronic bank statement processing.

Support MAHLE’s satellite treasury systems and integrations; Coupa - 360T, Infront - market data, Finastra - banking, SAP Multibank-Connectivity and EFiS - SWIFT service bureau.

Working in close partnership with our FI Business Team of SAP FI Process Architects to ensure compliance with MAHLE FI template processes.

Analyse root cause for problems and identify resolutions, preparation of technical IT documentation, follow internal IT processes and procedures.

Working on IT Tickets using MAHLE’s Global ITSM Tool to perform regular updates in assigned IT Tickets ensuring stakeholders are informed of status and actions whilst working to agreed SLA’s.

Supporting software version upgrades for SPAU and business testing activities.
Your Experience & Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience providing SAP FI Cash Management support in a direct hands-on IT role is required.

SAP FI knowledge in the following areas: F110, FBZP, BCM, payment method configuration, DMEE/X, SAP Bank Account Management, electronic bank statement processing, banking file management, SFTP file transfer and AL11 directory management.

Experience of banking integration methods: SAP MBC, IDOC’s, H2H banking, SFTP file transfer.

Direct experience working with S/4HANA (including Fiori Apps).

Basic knowledge and competency of ABAP for minor user-exit and BAdI development is required.

Strong command of English language (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced Level).

Effective communication skills, strong customer focus and ownership for issues.

Ability to work under deadline pressure and remain focussed.
