SAP EWM Support Analyst
Your Contribution:
- Provide first and second level support for SAP EWM incidents and service request (workorders)
- Analyze, categorize and resolve incoming support tickets in alignment with SLAs
- Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base
- Escalate complex issues to 3rd level support/functional consultant
- Monitor Ticket queue and ensure SLAs are met
- Keep relevant stakeholders (internal and external) informed of status of SAP EWM Tickets/initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP EWM with other SAP modules.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP EWM processes
- Monitor system situation and raise actions/awareness to corresponding business key users
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in warehouse management
Your Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, IT, or related field.
- Strong understanding of warehouse logistics and supply chain management.
- SAP EWM knowledge is a must, certifications are beneficial but not a must
- SAP WM knowledge optional but advantageous
- ITIL Foundation knowledge desirable
- Ideally a minimum of three years SAP EWM support or project experience
- Hands on experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Remedy)
- Automotive Supply Chain experience is very beneficial
- Basic ABAP debugging extremely advantageous
- Good understanding of SAP EWM processes, architecture and technical customizing capabilities
- Competent in handling multiple issues simultaneously and prioritizing effectively based on a clear understanding of the business impact of an IT service incident or request
- Customer focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT system affinity
- English: Fluent (written and spoken) mandatory
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
