SAP Archiving Support Analyst

Your role & responsibilities:

• Supporting for tools such as SAP ERP, SAP Solution Manager and system errors

• SAP ERP monitoring

• SAP Customizing: DMS, Archivlink, archiving

• Resolving problems, incidents and analysis

• Documentation of errors, problems and solutions

• Evaluating (in the first instance) the impact of defects and problems

• Informing relevant stakeholders (internal and external) of initiatives status in SAP application or SAP authorization.

• Providing required data for use by those carrying out investigations

• Ensuring that corrective and problem-solving activities are carried out in agreed timescales

Your skills & strengths:

• Educate related with IT

• SAP knowledge in the area of ERP DMS, SAP archiving

• Experience with working in SAP system 1-2 years

• Nice to have experience as a SAP Key User

• Good analytical and fast learning skills

• Fluent in English

• Sincere interest in the SAP system
