Reporting & Controlling Specialist

Your role & responsibilities:

• Prepare and collect relevant reporting data from internal sources
• Prepare an review month end closing reports and provide analysis
• Perform controlling activities from various areas
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses of data, report findings, , implement actions and monitor progress
• Support  planning activities of the local entities and HQ
• Provide support to HQ in Germany and Plant Controllers in Europe locations
• Support process optimization and standardization
• Create and update process manuals documentation

Your skills & strengths:

• Working experience of min 2 years in Controlling/ FP&A/Business Finance
• University degree in  finance or related studies (min. bachelor's degree)
• Solid experience in data analysis and visualization
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel), VBA is an advantage
• Experience in a production company is an advantage
• Very good English and/or German
• High service orientation and ability to work in a team
• Strong solution-based attitude as well as a quality awareness
• Very good social skills and communication skills
• High enthusiasm, pro-active approach and self-motivation
