Reporting & Controlling Specialist

Your contribution

• Prepare and collect relevant reporting data from internal sources
• Prepare and review month-end closing reports and provide analysis 
• Support planning and budgeting activities
• Provide support to HQ in Germany and Plant Controllers in Europe locations
• Support process optimization and standardization
• Create and update process manuals documentation
• Participate in cross-team projects to bring tangible improvements

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Working experience of min 3 years in Controlling/ FP&A/Business Finance
• University degree in finance or related studies (min. bachelor’s degree)
• Solid experience in data analysis and visualization
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP FI / CO knowledge desirable
• Experience in a production company is an advantage
• Very good English
• High service orientation and ability to work in a team
• Strong solution-based attitude as well as a quality awareness
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Pro-active approach and self-motivation
