Regional Change Manager

Your role & responsibilities:

• Support the efficient and smooth transformation Phase within the respective region for MORE
• Adapt and conduct Change Impact Analysis, assess Change Readiness and identify key stakeholders as well as train Team Leads Business in deployment teams on select change interventions
• Develop and adapt the Change management strategy and roadmap for deployment of the project within the respective region
• Adapt and share global templates with Team Leads Business of deployment teams (e.g. stakeholder and change impact analysis template, change management and communication strategy and roadmap, sentiment template)
• Adapt and implement the deployment and change management approach for the respective region
• Responsibility for promotion and distribution of change and communication materials
• Act as sparring partner for Team Leads Business in deployment teams and support internal communication of respective region demands to global change management
• Support of standardization and harmonization of all ERP processes

Your skills & strengths:

• Min. 3 years of experience in a similar role in global environment
• University degree in a technical or commercial field of study
• Many years of professional experience
• Understanding of the underlying values of the global MAHLE organization
• Strong coordinating and leadership skills
• Profound knowhow of Project Management principles
• Excellent communication skills as well as ability to convince others
• Very good English language skills 
• Willingness to travel internationally within the respective region
