Project Manager

Your role & responsibilities:

• Project management, from acquisition, through the entire project life cycle (planning, execution, monitoring and control), to closure
• Managing a team to achieve desired project results within planned time, budget and quality
• Planning and comprehensive project budget management
• Communicating and reporting of project progress to customer and internally
• Identifying and resolving issues within the project team, risk management
• Developing best practices and tools for project execution
• Ensuring compliance of the projects with Mahle standards

Your skills & strengths:

• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management in automotive industry
• Higher education (preferred technical)
• Fluency in English, German would be a plus
• Knowledge of Project Management methods, techniques, tools (formal qualification in Project Management will be an advantage)
• Ability to make decisions, initiate actions, committed and self-dependent working-style
• Team player with engineering leadership experience, high communication, coordination and analytical skills
• Readiness for business trips
