Process Mining Specialist

Your Contribution

• Identify process gaps and data quality issues that impact the quality of analysis and provide and/or support the development of solutions
• Coordinate POCs and implement pilots for innovative data and process mining solutions.
• Contribute to the development of metrics and data quality rules, including dashboards, KPIs, and other success measures for business stakeholders to drill down into key aggregated values
• Coordinate multiple projects with internal and external business partners
• Support the business in analyzing their processes to create a solution design for the technical implementation and of cross-functional business process solutions, e.g., for Finance and Controlling
• Execute, monitor and support advanced analytics that support data-driven decision making and process automation
• Conceptualize, design and implement reports to drive actions
• Identify trends from raw data sources to improve the efficiency of the service organization

Your Experience & Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in this area
• Min. 3 years of experience
• Expert knowledge of data science & process mining technologies, especially in Celonis
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP)
• Process modeling skills
• Knowledge about software programs is required: MS Office Products, Machine Learning, Process Mining, SAP
• Good experience with methodologies such as Agile, DevOps, GDF (Global Delivery Framework) and ITIL
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
• Soft sills like: well organized, communication skills, team player, self-motivation
