PMO/Data Analyst- Supply Chain

Your Contribution

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and readiness for analysis.
• Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to model business processes and identify inefficiencies using Celonis.
• Design and implement interactive dashboards and visualizations within the Celonis platform to track KPIs and process performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, deliver tailored dashboards related to: inventory management, supplier and customer’s indicators, foreign trade and transportation
• Support the team in implementing digitalization initiatives in logistics, including identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements
• Help manage project budgets and resources, including tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to budget constraints
• Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations for senior management

Your Experience & Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field. Equivalent work experience is also welcome.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools or processes, including extracting data from multiple sources, transforming it for analysis, and loading it into target systems.
• Proficiency in SQL, basic programming knowledge (Python o r R), familiarity with data visualization tools (Celonis, Power BI, or Tableau) is a plus
• Experience in logistics, ideally in plant logistics / MRP Planning, transport planning, inbound and outbound processes
• Analytical mindset and strong communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Scrum Master certification, PMI certification or similar are beneficial
