PMO (Project Management Officer)

You will join PMO team supporting global, digital transformation program (SAP S/4 implementation).

Your Contribution 

• Support successful project delivery  

• Support management of project member portfolio (capacity, skillset and allocation)  

• Support coordination, planning, on-/offboarding of project resources  

• Maintain documentation for projects and support the decision process  

• Control project progress and prepare corresponding information for the project / program management  

• Support regional tasks of project managers, and schedule, planning incl. preparation and follow-up as well as preparation of presentations 

• Training and coaching of project members  

• Provide ad-hoc support 

Your Experience & Qualifications 

• Min 2 years of working experience in an international environment 

• First professional experience in an international project environment 

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, business, economics 

• Very good English skills 

• Knowledge of project controlling (collection and data consolidation)  

• Good understanding of project management processes and methodology (Waterfall & Agile) 

• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Symbio, Dimensions, Jira)  

• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) 

• Strong communication skills and proactive way of working  

• Independent and result-oriented working methods
