PMO (Project Management Officer)
You will join PMO team supporting global, digital transformation program (SAP S/4 implementation).
Your Contribution

Support successful project delivery
-
Support management of project member portfolio (capacity, skillset and allocation)

Support coordination, planning, on-/offboarding of project resources
-
Maintain documentation for projects and support the decision process
-
Control project progress and prepare corresponding information for the project / program management
-
Support regional tasks of project managers, and schedule, planning incl. preparation and follow-up as well as preparation of presentations

Training and coaching of project members
-
Provide ad-hoc support
Your Experience & Qualifications
-
Min 2 years of working experience in an international environment
-
First professional experience in an international project environment
-
Successfully completed studies in business administration, business, economics
-
Very good English skills
-
Knowledge of project controlling (collection and data consolidation)

Good understanding of project management processes and methodology (Waterfall & Agile)
-
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Symbio, Dimensions, Jira)

Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
-
Strong communication skills and proactive way of working

Independent and result-oriented working methods
